We want you to feel confident and glamorous in your Dressmezee pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, have all original tags attached, and are free from makeup or perfume marks.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized collection point or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
